Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

How do you fix a grumpy, rainy, woke-up-on-the-wrong-side-of-the-bed, had to work overtime, big meany grouch day?

Well….I really, really wanted to just come home after work and curl up with a big glass of wine. Instead, I forced myself to go for a run. 1. Because I needed to, and 2. because I knew if i didn’t I would feel even worse.

I went out intending for 6 miles and ended up running 8, walking 1 (at the end). Whew! I feel so much better!

After a hot shower, I indulged in a romantic, girly movie, new nail polish and wine.

These things will turn your bad day into a great day!
